- Dealer Submissions: Company profile, contact person, business details, and uploaded reseller certificate (for wholesale applicants).
How We Use Your Information
The information we collect is utilized for:
- Scheduling vehicle diagnostics and services.
- Completing inspections, repairs, and wheel alignments.
- Invoicing, payment processing, and enforcing statutory liens when necessary.
- Reviewing and approving applications submitted via our Wholesale Dealer portal.
- Sending service reminders, status reports, and promotional updates (only if opted-in).
Strict Text & WhatsApp Privacy Policy
Russo Tires strictly respects your communications privacy. Mobile numbers, opt-in details, consent records, and personal info collected for text messaging (SMS and WhatsApp) will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to any third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes. All message consent remains strictly confidential and is used solely to communicate with you about your vehicle services, updates, or offers directly from Russo Tires.
Data Security & Protection
We employ modern industry-standard physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to protect your personal details against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. All transaction history is retained securely in our shop management database.
2. Mobile & WhatsApp Consent
When checking in your vehicle for diagnostics or service at any Russo Tires location, you are given the option to opt-in to text and WhatsApp notifications. Consent is entirely optional, and receiving repair service is not dependent on granting authorization.
3. Repair Terms, Disclaimers & Release
By leaving your vehicle with Russo Tires for diagnosis, repair, or storage, you agree to the following terms, disclaimers, and releases.
a. Authorization & Operation
You authorize Russo Tires and its employees to perform the requested inspection, diagnostic, and repair work on your vehicle, and to operate the vehicle on public streets, highways, or elsewhere for the purpose of testing, inspecting, and/or delivery in connection with that work.
b. Mechanic's Lien & Payment
An express mechanic's lien is acknowledged on the vehicle to secure all charges for parts, labor, storage, and towing. All charges are due upon delivery of the vehicle or upon expiration of three (3) days after notice that the work is complete. If legal action is required to collect, you agree to pay reasonable attorney's fees and court costs as permitted by law.
c. Storage & Abandoned Vehicles
Vehicles not picked up within three (3) working days after you are notified that work is complete may be charged a daily storage fee of $50 per day, and may be processed and disposed of as abandoned under Florida law.
d. Personal Property Exclusion
Russo Tires is not responsible for the loss of or damage to any personal items, electronics, tools, valuables, or cargo left in the vehicle, whatever the cause. Please remove all valuables before leaving your vehicle at our shops.
e. Fire, Theft & Causes Beyond Control
Russo Tires is not responsible for loss of or damage to the vehicle or its contents in case of fire, theft, vandalism, collision, weather events, or any other cause beyond its control, and is not required to carry insurance protecting against such losses.
f. Pre-existing Conditions & Consequential Damage
Vehicles may have pre-existing wear, rust, fatigue, or prior engine/system damage. Russo Tires is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, for worn or aged components (including but not limited to broken or rusted bolts, hoses, connectors, or lines) that fail during normal service, or for any related or consequential failure or damage resulting from pre-existing issues. Repairing or replacing one component does not guarantee other related or unrelated components will not fail now or later.
g. Warranty & Parts Disclaimer
Any warranty is strictly limited to the specific written guarantee stated on the final repair invoice for the actual work performed and parts installed. Parts carry only the applicable manufacturer's warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed. Incidental and consequential damages are excluded. Some parts may be sold or installed "as-is" when noted.
h. Estimate Cap
Russo Tires will not exceed the approved estimate by more than $10 or 10% (whichever is greater, up to a maximum cap of $50) without your further written or oral authorization.
i. Follow-up & Additional Repairs
Some repairs require a follow-up check or additional adjustment after service completion. Diagnosing or repairing one issue can reveal other hidden conditions. Russo Tires is not responsible for additional repairs that become necessary after original service. Russo Tires will advise you of any additional work found, and any such work requires separate authorization.
4. Florida Required Disclosures
Under Florida law, motor vehicle repair shops must provide disclosures regarding estimates and authorization.

Shop-supplies/waste note (where applicable): "This charge represents costs and profits to the motor vehicle repair facility for miscellaneous shop supplies or waste disposal."
